Course Overview
Did you know that correctly using a defibrillator can improve survival rates by up to 75%?
Our public AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training course provides thorough instruction over 6 hours, enabling participants to confidently use an AED in emergencies.
Alternatively, we offer a 3-hour version of the course for groups of up to 15 people at your location for £395 + VAT.
What Will You Learn in This Course?
This course includes all necessary materials, expert instruction, and practical exercises covering the following key topics:
- Responding to a breathing but unresponsive person (recap)
- Handling an unresponsive person who isn’t breathing (recap)
- Understanding heart rhythms
- The chain of survival
- Operating an AED effectively
- Post-use care and ongoing maintenance of an AED
