The Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course covers essential skills for handling emergency situations involving children and infants. Key topics include:

• Recognition and management of anaphylaxis and allergic reactions

Exams and Assessment

Throughout the course, participants will be assessed by the trainer to ensure all learning outcomes are met. Upon successful completion, learners will receive an FAIB-accredited emergency first aid qualification.

4. Record keeping – Ensuring children’s health records are up-to-date and available in case of emergency.
5. Emergency escape plans – Preparing escape plans for fire emergencies.
6. Parental expectations – Informing parents about the emergency procedures in place.
